Family Child Care Homes
Family Child Care provides early care and education for infants through school-aged children in the home of the family child care provider and is licensed by the State of California.
“License-exempt” Care
Some programs are not required to hold a license. These programs include before and after-school child care on school sites, drop-in recreation programs and some relative, friend and neighbor care.
