​Professional Growth (PG)
​$500

 Step 1: Online Enrollment Period
September 17-November 2, 2018

• Read ​Stipend/Mini Block Grant Eligibility
• ​Complete & Submit Application (Google Form) 
• Complete & Submit Professional Growth Plan (PGP) (Google Form)

Step 2: Complete & upload application requirements to Pinwheel
​by May 1, 2019
​

• Upload W-9 Form with current address & physical signature to Pinwheel by 5/1/19 (Previous applicants—if information is current, we will use your W-9 on file)
• Proof of 21 eligible Professional Growth Hours (i.e. certificates for non-QC trainings, not necessary to upload certificates from QC trainings) completed between May 1, 2018-April 30, 2019​
• Copy of Child Development Permit or Child Development Associate Credential (If applicable)

Step 3: Stipend Request Period
November 3, 2018-May 1, 2019

• ​Email sloqualitycounts@capslo.org to notify that ALL documents are uploaded for review
• Check stipend status in Pinwheel

• Complete & Upload Academic Plan (AP) to Pinwheel*

​Step 2: Complete & upload application requirements to Pinwheel
​by May 1, 2019

• Upload W-9 Form with current address & physical signature to Pinwheel by 5/1/19 (Previous applicants—if information is current, we will use your W-9 on file)
• ​OFFICIAL COPY of transcripts verifying units (6+ units for Tier 1, 3 units for Tier 2) earned toward AA or BA in Child Development/Early Childhood Education or to qualify for a higher level Child Development Permit between May 1, 2017 – April 30, 2018 (Grade of C or better) *submitted by mail for paper transcripts
• Copy of Child Development Permit or Child Development Associate Credential (If applicable)

Mini Block Grants for Programs
*To be requested by Site Supervisor/Directors ONLY

Program Achievement

Step 1: Communicate with QC Staff to regarding rating schedule 
September 17-October 31, 2018

• Read ​Stipend/Mini Block Grant Eligibility

Step 2: Achieve familiarity the ERS and CLASS tools (i.e. online or in-person training, only one staff member per site required)

Step 3: Quality Counts (QC) schedules assessment window
​ November 3, 2017—May 1, 2019

Step 4: Upon completion of assessments and if scores are achieved, QC will award program achievement mini block grant
